Vellumere is a small, independent home goods shop based in Georgia, USA. We started Vellumere to make it easier to find calm, well-made pieces for the bedroom and living spaces, without endless scrolling through low-quality options.
How we work
We curate every product ourselves and partner with a small group of established makers and brands, many of them US-based and several handmade in the USA. When you place an order, it ships directly from that partner's facility to your door. That is why some orders arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking.
Because items ship from our partners, we do not hold inventory in a warehouse of our own. We do handle every customer question, return and issue ourselves, so you always have one place to go for help.
What we promise
- Honest product information. Photos, sizes and materials come from the makers, and we only describe products in ways we can stand behind.
- Clear pricing. The price you see is the price you pay. Shipping and taxes are always shown at checkout before you pay.
- Easy returns. 30 days to return most items, with full details in our Refund Policy.
- Real support. Questions go to a real person, not a bot.
