Shipping
Every order ships directly from the trusted makers and brands we partner with. Shipping rates for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Free US shipping on orders of $150 or more (after discounts) on every package with a shipping rate of $20 or less. Very large or heavy items may show a shipping cost at checkout. We also ship to Canada and select international destinations.
Because items can ship from different partners, an order with several products may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, with no restocking fee. For most items we send you a free prepaid return label. Large furniture and large area rugs (5' x 7' and bigger) can also be returned within 30 days, with return shipping paid by the customer. Anything that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect is always replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
